How does it work?
1. Registration |20 June 2023 - 9 September 2023
Register to the platform clicking on the "Register now" button in the upper right corner.
Create a strong profile which will raise your visibility to others on this platform. Make it clear and concise. Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners and who you want to meet. A good profile will significantly generate more meetings. Don't forget your profile will be live and visible even after the event.
2. Request meetings | 21 August - 10 September 2023
Browse published participants profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet.
In the MARKETPLACE area participants can browse offers and requests and use filters to search specific products or check the company's profile.
Adding a meaningful remark why you are interested in a meeting will increase the chance that your request will be accepted. Accepted meeting requests will be scheduled automatically.
You can check your meetings’ agenda on the website or on the B2Match app. Remember to accept or cancel the meetings!
3. On-site Meetings | 7 - 10 September 2023
From 7 to 10 September (according to the exhibiting sectors) meetings will be held at the dedicated Lounge or at the Exhibitors’ booth.
